Subscription Policy

By purchasing a Maple’s Scoop monthly subscription, you agree to the following subscription terms.

Monthly Subscription Options

Maple’s Scoop currently offers two monthly subscription options:

Monthly One Scoop Subscription

  • Receive 15% off the regular price of the One Scoop Mystery Box.

  • Includes one One Scoop Mystery Box shipped each month.

Monthly Two Scoop Subscription

  • Receive 20% off the regular price of the Two Scoop Mystery Box.

  • Includes one Two Scoop Mystery Box shipped each month.

Automatic Renewal & Billing

Both subscription options are automatically renewing monthly subscriptions.

Your payment method will be automatically charged on the 10th of each month for your selected subscription unless you cancel before the next billing date.

By enrolling in either subscription, you authorize Maple’s Scoop to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription each month until you cancel.

Subscription Discounts

The applicable subscription discount is based on the subscription selected:

  • One Scoop Subscription — 15% off

  • Two Scoop Subscription — 20% off

Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, coupons, or offers unless specifically stated otherwise.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next month, your subscription must be canceled before the 10th of the month.

Once your subscription has been billed on the 10th, that month’s order will be processed and shipped, and your cancellation will apply to future subscription renewals.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Shipping

Subscription Mystery Boxes are shipped monthly following the subscription billing date.

Your shipment will correspond to the subscription option you selected:

  • One Scoop subscribers will receive a One Scoop Mystery Box.

  • Two Scoop subscribers will receive a Two Scoop Mystery Box.

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of Maple’s Scoop’s control.

Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout.

Mystery Box Products

Maple’s Scoop subscription boxes are surprise-style products. Products, colors, styles, themes, quantities, and assortments may vary from month to month.

Because of the mystery nature of the subscription, receiving a particular item, product, color, style, or assortment is not guaranteed.

Payment Issues

If your payment method is declined or cannot be processed, Maple’s Scoop may attempt to process the payment again.

Your subscription order may be delayed, skipped, or canceled if payment cannot be successfully completed.

You are responsible for keeping your payment, billing, and shipping information current.

Changes to Your Subscription

If subscription management options are available through your customer account, you may be able to update or manage your subscription through the website.

Maple’s Scoop reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, discounts, products, benefits, or subscription terms. If a material change affects an existing subscription, customers will be notified as required before the change takes effect.
