Maple’s Scoop Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Maple’s Scoop. We want you and your pup to love every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At this time, Maple’s Scoop does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final once an order has been placed.

Because many of our products are pet-related, consumable, personalized, seasonal, or limited in availability, we are unable to accept returned items for safety, quality, and inventory reasons.

Please make sure to review all product details, sizing information, personalization options, and order information before completing your purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

Maple’s Scoop does not offer returns or exchanges for any items, including but not limited to:

• Used or worn products
• Treats, chews, or other consumable items
• Personalized, custom, or special-order items
• Final sale, clearance, or seasonal items
• Gift cards
• Pet accessories, apparel, toys, or owner gifts

If you would like a different item, size, color, or style, a new order will need to be placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue quickly, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or error.

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution. Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution at Maple’s Scoop’s discretion.

Please note that damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed, packed, or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
