Ingredients:
-
1 cup water
-
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
-
1 tablespoon fresh mint (finely chopped)
-
2 tablespoons plain, unsweetened yogurt (optional)
-
3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin (this gives the gummy texture)
Instructions:
-
Heat the water until warm (not boiling).
-
Stir in the parsley and mint and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
-
Strain the herbs out (or leave them in for extra texture).
-
Slowly whisk in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
-
Mix in yogurt if using.
-
Pour into silicone molds (paw shapes are cute).
-
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
Serving:
Give 1–2 small gummies depending on your dog’s size.
Why it works:
-
Parsley helps freshen breath naturally
-
Mint adds extra freshness
-
Gelatin supports joint health and gives that chewy texture
Quick safety note:
-
Avoid artificial sweeteners (especially xylitol — toxic to dogs)
-
Use mint in small amounts only
