1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional, xylitol-free)
Instructions:

Add the blueberries and yogurt into a blender.

Blend until smooth (leave a few chunks if your dog likes texture).

Stir in peanut butter if using.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.

Freeze for 4-6 hours (or until solid).
